Luca Award

The LUCA Awards 2016 took place on Tuesday 29th November.

This year, coinciding with its 20th anniversary, ICB was invited by the Lord Mayor to host its ceremony at the Mansion House in the City of London.

The LUCA Awards are the ‘Oscars’ of the bookkeeping profession and are presented in recognition of the year’s outstanding bookkeepers and the many organisations that complement the valuable work that they do. Each winner is presented with a Luca Award by HRH Prince Michael of Kent. The Luca Awards are exclusive statuettes of Luca Pacioli, the Cistercian monk who is credited with inventing the process of double entry bookkeeping that endures today.
